Ms. Surat Sutsook, the sales manager, has shared the background of J Tech Machinery Co., Ltd. “J Tech Machinery has been established since 2013. The company initially operated as a dealership for Mazak machines, serving clients with the emphasis on those in the automotive, medical equipment, and agricultural industry. Since the year 2013, we have distributed over 200 machines across Thailand. Our best-selling are CNC machines from the Mazak brand, which are designed and developed to meet the needs of a wide variety of users.
J Tech has a sales team, where each sales member is equipped to distribute all types of products from the company effectively. The marketing team, in contrast, strategizes the market management, organizes promotion and product exhibitions in various events. In addition, the company also offers the application team providing support by monitoring customer workflows, planning workpiece production, selecting tooling, and optimizing machinery usage to maximize work efficiency. Furthermore, the servicing team is also available for machine installation and maintenance.
