Asia to JTEKT MACHINERY (THAILAND), aims to increase the machines’ efficiency and boost the users’ confidence to respond to the growth of the future industry.
From TOYODA to JTEKT ~ JTEKT MACHINERY (THAILAND) CO., LTD. ~
As an ASEAN subsidiary of JTEKT Corporation, we sell Grinders and Machining centers and provide after-sales services in Thailand and Southeast Asia. We started manufacturing and selling machine tools in 1941, and celebrated our 80th anniversary last year. As the machine tool brand TOYODA, which has gained trust and credibility from customers for a long time, has been changed to JTEKT, we changed the company name from Toyoda Machinery S.E. Asia Co., Ltd. to “JTEKT MACHINERY (THAILAND) CO., LTD.”.
“One JTEKT” for Better solution to customers
The needs of customers and society are diversifying due to the progress of vehicle electrification and decarbonization. Moreover, the environment surrounding companies is increasingly uncertain due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the semiconductor shortage. Under these circumstances, we have unified our brands to ‘JTEKT’ for automobile parts, ‘KOYO’ for bearings and ‘TOYODA’ for machine tools to “JTEKT” to strengthen product capabilities by creating technological synergies between business divisions, and to enhance proposal-making capabilities including products of group companies.
By using in-house machine tools for development and manufacture, JTEKT have improved the quality of our products. The JTEKT Group forms “One JTEKT” to provide solutions for machine tools and various products necessary for manufacturing such as peripheral devices, accessory devices, and control devices.
Extending Product Life of Existing Machines
Since the establishment of our Thailand branch in 2002, we have delivered more than 2,000 units of machine tools in ASEAN countries.
JTEKT strengths after-service with a focus on overhaul. We have our factory in Thailand and have overhauled more than 60 units to date. We provide the overhaul service which not only helps to save cost and time of transportation to Japan but also meets customers’ needs under the supervision of Japanese engineers at a lower cost. Originally, JTEKT machine tools have strengths in durability. We as a manufacturer overhaul our in Thailand and provide services so that customers can use them for a longer time. We also overhaul machine tools made by other companies, so please feel free to contact us.
Released New High-Quality Models at Lower Prices
Originally JTEKT’s machine tools have strengths in processing automobile parts and engine-related parts. As the automotive industry is moving towards electrification and the demand for small-size components such as motors is expected to increase in the future, we aim to expand sales and markets in various industries.
Under these backgrounds,, we have released the new CNC Cylindrical Grinder 1 Series (Type B / S / R) and Machining Center FH5000 Series, in which we are particular about size, quality, productivity, and operability. Please look forward to the new JTEKT machine tools!
