Collecting data from the measuring tool facilitates the operation with MeasurLink’s standard function that helps you connect to and receive data from the digital measuring tool in real-time, transfer the measurement data into the computer system for real-time data display. It also fully supports the measurement and inspection technology. The examples of digital measuring tools with high precision include Caliper, Micrometer, Dial Gauges, Dial Test Indicators, Height Gauges, CMM, Vision Systems, etc.
In particular, Mitutoyo’s measuring tools with the SPC mark, which represents the tool’s capability to connect and input measurement data into the company. If the measuring systems of all work functions are managed through a network (LAN or internet), we can analyze the data in real time through MeasurLink Real Time Plus program which can display the result in numbers and graphs

3. Process Manager – the system administrator can monitor the operation in the plant from the data connected from MeasurLink
4. Gage R&R – Evaluation and analysis in line with MSA according to the requirement of IATF 16949
5. Gage Management – for efficient planning and scheduling tool calibration

In addition, MeasurLink can support creating the true position chart and controlling tolerance of position. This function can group related dimension patterns to display the true position image comparing to the reference dimension to minimize errors from measuring the workpiece according to the design

MeasurLink can specify the bonus tolerance position or even calculate capability values for a position characteristic when defining material condition as the reference value.
Real-time data storage for smooth production
Obviously, the software enables real-time data storage and 10X faster data search so it is utilized further for 30-50 measuring stations to support industrial production.
