It is a propitious beginning for the new legend, Bystronic (Thailand) Company Limited, which was recently founded, and located at House No 8/5, 8th floor, Ample Tower, Bangna-Trad Road, Km. 4, Bangna, Bangkok 10260.
The Company invited the monks to anoint the new office for auspiciousness and boost the employee morale. A great number of customers, distributors, and companies attended the event, and extended their warm congratulations.
Mr. Thitiphan Hiranyaphat, General Manager, stated the objective of the establishment of Bystronic Thailand that “it is a good starting point to respond to the demands and provide services to the rapidly growing customers in Thailand in a quicker and more inclusive manner. We have increased the number of engineers to support the rising customer services through on-site and online support which are available 24/7. In addition, Bystronic Thailand has added more inventory management services both in the hardware and software form to support greater customer demands.”
Mr. Thitiphan Hiranyaphat, General Manager, concluded with firm commitment that “we would like the customers to be confident and trust that Bystronic Thailand is more than ready to provide services and business consultancy to every customer with more speed and coverage. Additionally, we are determined to move towards digital channels to align with Industry 4.0. There will be trainings via YouTube Live directly from Europe. The Live will be short to allow the customers to always receive the news and updated knowledge from Bystronic. The customers can also ask straightforward questions in the Live. Besides, there will be webinars which are always supported by our Head Office. For example, most recently, we hosted a webinar on the topic of shearing machine and automation system where there were a large quantity of participants and satisfactory outcomes. In the future, Bystronic Thailand will organize our own webinar to meet more customer needs in Thailand.”
