The event helped us to understand our guests further face to face
Norbert: On 11th November, Bystronic hosted its first collaboration demo show case with Rose Charoen in Ayutthaya. The event welcomed around 50 guests from the sheet metal related industry all around Thailand. In the past, Bystronic only participated in partner’s events in Thailand. So this is the first time that we hosted a Bystronic event for our customers.
After 2 years of standstill, this was an opportunity and platform to be connected back with everyone. There is so much that e-mail can communicate, but this event helped us to understand our guests further face to face. Not only have we been able to build awareness on the branding, but we could also showcase our machine to the guests.

Norbert: From this event, guests can experience firsthand how Bystronic machine work and the uniqueness of the machines. We also introduced the latest technology in the sheet metal industry. Through networking, guests will also understand how Bystronic machines work and how we can support their business. It was a very successful and interactive session; we could attend to all guests and understand each of their requirements and how we can help them. This will build confidence in them to work with us in the future.

A presentation on BySmart Fiber Technology and MixGas Technology
Norbert: It was a 4-hours event hosted by our Bystronic Thailand team, Mr. Ooi (Sales Director of S.E.A) and me. We did an introduction on Bystronic for guests to get to know us better. We also did a presentation on BySmart Fiber Technology and MixGas Technology. After lunch, our team demonstrated our laser machine, the BySmart Fiber 2015 with 10kW, and a bending machine, the Xact Smart 160/3100.


Good way to share the latest information and demonstrate
Norbert: Definitely, this was a successful event and created a personal touch to our guests. Our people are highly skilled and committed, this is a good platform to show our local expertise and dedication to the customer. It is a good way to share the latest information and demonstrate, how it could help the guests. Not only have they been able to receive latest information, but have also been able to see directly how the machines work.
