TAKAMATSU MACHINERY (THAILAND) has recently organized Private Show 2022 under the theme of “Machine Automation & Innovation” at TIP5 Industrial Project located on Liap Khlong Song Nam Road, Bang Phli, Samut Prakan that gained much attention from customers. It showcased the latest technology of various CNC machines from Takamatsu brand as well as innovative products from business partners including Enshu, FANUC, NEOS, ACCRETECH, Kitagawa, Sumitom , Dynamic Tools Corporation and Hakusan
Atipol Chutisereeporn, Executive Director, revealed about the key objective of the Open House that, “the Show is like opening our house for customer visits to the latest technology of Takamaz and it is also to thank customers for their continued trust and support for Takamaz. Apart from Takamaz machines, there is a group of makers displaying their innovations in order to initiate sharing of opinions and new manufacturing processes for further improvement and maximum effectiveness in responding to customer needs.”
Atipol added, “When customers who participate in the Private Show have any enquiry or specific need, Takamaz will gather such information for further improvement after the show. Despite ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in the past 2 years, Takamaz continues providing services for customers under their preventive measures. Takamaz has the policy to require all employees to take ATK test prior to work on Mondays. Thanks to its effective prevention, Takamaz has posted desirable operating results that are not affected by COVID-19 pandemic and its sales volume remains satisfactory.”

Atipol also stated, “The highlighted machines at the Private Show are Takamaz GSL10H x FANUC and Takamaz XT-6 x ENSHU. As for Takamaz GSL10H x FANUC, FANUC Robot is no longer used for heavy duty purpose, but instead becomes the Co-Robot which collaborates with the Economic Type Takamaz Model GSL10H offered at reasonable price and without any option. As for Auto Loading, it comes from Takamaz Japan. Fanuc showcase is aimed at demonstrating how to install the Loader to potential customers even in the local area or how to increase profit in the future if the existing system is replaced with the Auto Loading system. As for ENSHU, since Takamaz has not offered the Machining Center type, the Process cannot be finished by Takamaz. Therefore, Takamaz has linked the ENSHU with the Takamaz machine through the e-loader Interface of Enshu and loader of Takamaz.”
Atipol said smilingly at last, “Takamaz acts as Infinite customization for customers, depending on specific design and customer needs. There is no need to be only those two brands, but the two machines have to communicate with each other. After 2 years of no show, I expect that it will obtain positive customer feedback and generate communication, sharing of data concerning needs, trend changes and further development such as electric vehicles. Everything relies on communication and data sharing to ensure that we are on point to serve all customer needs.”
