On 23-26 September in the exhibition of INTERMACH 2020 at BITEC Bangna, Procurement Center (Thailand) Company Limited organized an Open House in the Company Showroom alongside INTERMACH 2020. This exhibition received great attention similar to INTERMACH 2020, with machineries being exhibited in the show.
In this exhibition, there was also training on folding design by using CNC program to calculate the stretch value; the simulation of folding before the actual; the selection and the design of hinged vane-folding groove to suit the work and for work pieces to be the most beautiful in the fastest period of time at the lowest cost; and techniques to adjust the laser machine for beautiful cutting by comparing the work surface and the speed between cutting at 3 kilowatts and 6 kilowatts in the same thickness, including the design for actual work pieces by laser cutting and a variety of folding.
The software that was used in the training was Part Manager of HACO, which is an add-on software from this machine that provides a simulation of the folding work as well as prevents settings that do not match with the metal for folding from causing damage to the folding machine and the work piece; whereas, CYP Cut included with GloryStar involve the use of metal for design work as little as possible. The participants can also make an actual design for cutting at the machine to gain expertise before using in their own factory.
This exhibition received attention beyond expectation. The Company prepared 16 seats per two days, but it had to be increased to four days due to a large amount of participants.
