Mr. Bryan Lee says, “This year, the latest development model in Taiwan Takisawa is MX-800 with double spindles on the left and the right, equipped with top opposed turrets. This means that customers can work with 2 processes at the same or work with 2 different parts at the same time. Moreover, there is a reduction of floor space and labor cost. MX-800 is designed with a box type bed shape with cast iron as a base to offer a more stable structure and rigidity than other machines.
Customer can select a basic model equipped with twin A2-6 spindle 8” chuck machining or 2-axis turret which brings the utmost efficiency on machining. The optional C-axis and Y-axis model (MX-800 2Y) bring customers more choices and features on production machining. The new model is equipped with the new Fanuc 0iTF controller system and it offers many practical solutions for automation and intelligent production management.
