The latest model of JTEKT’s Cylindrical Grinding Machine is deliberately designed to be suitable for grinding all small workpieces and mass production by changing the structure from the original table traverse to Wheel Head Traverse, helping to reduce space up to 65% and also has a surface smoothness meter that is installed with the machine that helps to reduce the process of inspecting the surface roughness after grinding.
On top of that, it is also designed to be applicable for moving wheel frank closer to the door for stone replacement from the original distance of 300 mm. to 50 mm. That helps reduce the time to change the stone.
