Improvement of work efficiency by “Process consolidation” and “Easy change-over” Easy taper grinding with “Automatic Table Swiveling”
Grinding the tapered part, Conventionally is done by grinding stone taper shape forming or manually adjust table swivel by hand, but this function makes it easier to do by setting the desire angle on operation panel to make the machine automatically tilt the table to the angle set from – 5° -> 0° -> + 5° when the desired angle of the workpiece is reached. When used in combination with the Dual Drive Centers system, it can increase the machine capability to be able to grind both cylindrical parts and tapered parts by one chucking without removing the workpiece from machine at all.
**Remark: The tile angle adjustment of the workpiece depends on the size of the machine’s table.
