MEGA Tech is honored to interview Mr. Sorapat Areeasanatham, the president of Superman Foam Industry Co., Ltd., who has 18-year experience in the manufacturing industry sector. Mr. Sorapat Areeasanatham talked about the background of Superman Foam Industry Co., Ltd. that “SFI was established on 20 February 2004 to start operating Packaging and Die cutting businesses with only Die Cutting, Slitting, Rotary, Design & Laser machine. Later, the company increased its production capacity by importing Kong burgs and Baeumer machine for Automotive and Electronic businesses. In addition, the company saw the growth opportunity in 3D printer business which is currently popular and in the future 3D printing will become a new production method in the spotlight. In Asia, SFI is the first company importing Desktop Metal Brand 3D Printer Shop System series. Furthermore, we also have HP Brand 3D Printer Multi Jet Fusion 4200 series. This production and service is under the management of SAC, an affiliate of SFI Group. SAC was established on 22 August 2013 to support this type of technology and business. SAC launched the 3D printer in 2021 and is currenting developing the products to create its own brand”

Revise its strategies to maximize customer satisfaction

Mr. Sorapat revealed the key success factors. “SFI & SAC have developed the production process and maintained its service standard to continuously maximize customer satisfaction in terms of product quality and fast delivery. We have expanded the production capacity from 1 shift to 2 shifts, added new machine for fast and precise production, increased vehicles to meet customer requirements, and expanded the plant areas for increasing capacity. Revising the strategies and processes is important for the benefit of both parties”

“SFI & SAC has seen the business growth opportunity from Desktop Metal Brand 3D printer, which is the technology that can product many types of workpiece at a large volume simultaneously. It also reduced time and manpower in the production process.
