In this issue, MEGA Tech is proud to present Euromaster S 3m 150T Gap 400 Daylight 520 Stroke 270 quick manual clamping EUROPEAN STANDARD. The HACO EuroMaster S range is a CNC multi-axis synchro press brake offering the modern sheet metal workshop exceptional performance and reliability.
Its user-friendly control FastBEND MT Premium with Multi Touch functions allows for simplified program and part generation. Increased daylight opening, beam stroke, and gap: we refer to the table with technical data.
FUNCTIONALITY FEATURES :
Beam driven by a motor-pump group and two push down hydraulic cylinders, mounted to the side frames.
Electro-hydraulic levelling and depth stop setting from the beam by SYNCHRO system.
Automatic compensation of the side frame deflection by means of table reference measuring scales, giving feedback to the SYNCHRO system.
Beam foot pedal control with integrated emergency pedal (only in case of OPTIONAL CE-equipment).
Attention for machines with OPTIONAL CE-equipment :
The latest CE safety specifications (2006/42/CE) prohibit a fast approach speed if the working area is not secured by a light guard system. The productivity can however be optimized by minimizing the ram opening for every bending step. Faster approach speed is only possible applying OPTIONAL Lazersafe light guards. These laser/sensor aggregates combine safety and high productivity.
Accuracy
The Y1 and Y2 axes operate as an independent double acting hydraulic system. Oil flow to the proportional valves as well as positions of the upper beam are entirely and separately controlled. Y1 and Y2 positions are measured by means of independent linear encoders mounted on C-frames to avoid inaccuracy from side frame deflection. Proportional valves are monitored and adjusted, offering an accuracy of +/- 0,01 mm on beam parallelism and depth setting. The X-R back gauge combines modern design with high quality components adding extra accuracy to your parts. Angle consistency over the bending length is guaranteed by a central adjustable crowning table.
Productivity
A new design of cylinders and hydraulic system results in upper beam speeds which are amongst the highest in the market : 200 mm/s Fast Approach and 125 mm/s Return Speeds on 1500 and 200 kN models. Powerful motorization and control systems result in back gauge speeds up to 1000 mm/s. Integrated bending technology in the advanced CNC control, FastBEND MT Premium with Multi Touch functions, allows for user friendly graphical part programming combined with unique instantaneous bending sequence and program generation.
Safety
All machines for the EU market comply with CE safety standards. They can be equipped with optical guard systems to enable fast beam approach speeds with foot pedal command.
Control FastBEND-2D MT Premium 21″
The FastBEND-2D MT Premium 21,5” control is suitable for generating and executing 2D and 2.5D workpieces with the screen is mounted on a pendant arm at a fixed ergonomic operating height.
3D workpieces that are generated externally (offline) can be visualized and executed.
The FastBEND-2D MT Premium 21,5” control is equipped with an industrial Multi Touch Screen from Beckhoff® size 21.5 “.
