Material Automation (Thailand) Co., Ltd. organized the seminar entitled “MAT Digital Transformation Solution Forum 2020” at Amata Spring Country Club in Chonburi on 20th February, 2020 with a lot of interesting topics by experienced speakers and the participants could see the products and share their experiences of technologies inside the seminar room. There were many people who attended this event.
For this seminar, we were fortunate to have Ajarn Boonlue Boonkong, Manager, Digital Manufacturing Design & Management, Thai-German Institute, as our guest speaker to give a lecture on the topic of Digital Transformation Solutions. There were also lecture sessions for these topics: 1) Digital Engineering Solution for Smart Design by Mr. Banpot Sirimetha, Assistant Manager, 2) Digital Simulation for Analysis and Optimization by Mr. Jhakkrapong Intarasing, Senior Engineer, and 3) Digital Manufacturing Solution for Smart Factory by Mr. Subancha Udomrat, Senior Manager from Digital Engineering Solution Department, Material Automation (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
MAT Digital Transformation Solution Forum 2020 Seminar. Duminda Gunathilaka, Sale Manager from Digital Engineering & Manufacturing Solution Department, Material Automation (Thailand) Co., Ltd. said that the purpose of this event was to help the attendees to gain knowledge, understanding and experience of tools and how to make their factory a Smart Factory through the development of Digital Transformation.
Mr. Boonlue said that we are now in the age of Industry 4.0 which means that each part which is related to the manufacturing process can be connected through digital technology. It is an integration of real-world and virtual world or digital world through Cyber-Physical System in which a large number of products are manufactured to meet a specific group at a low cost. With regards to manufacturing in industrial factories, if there is the digitalization of data, that is considered to be a step towards Digital Transformation and then towards Smart Factory,
