In the Mikron MILL P 800 U D (D stands for Dynamic) version, this solution delivers 1.7 g acceleration in X, Y, Z. This provides the best manufacturing capability in, for example, the production of flow parts and molds requiring high dynamic movements, as well as, high Spindle speeds of up to 36’000 rpm.
Ensure best surface quality up to Ra 0.2 µm and very high precision down to 0.002 mm. Perfect your heavy-duty production of prototypes, parts, and mold and die tools in small to large batches.
Easily tackle roughing and finishing of heavy (ᴓ 800 x 500 mm) up to 800 kg parts – including complex molds – in the shortest time possible in a single set-up on the same machine.
Perfect integration into your workshop, however compact, is ensured by this solution’s unique Automation through the machine center.
